View from living and bedroom
Built in 1988 the house and is located on a quiet dead-end street. Due to its location on a hill it has a nice view over the town of Überlingen, Lake Constance and the Alps.
There are several public playgrounds nearby.
Directly in front of the house there parking spots for our guests, the next bus stop is 5 minutes on foot.
The train station, downtown Überlingen and the lake can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. There are several shops near by.
Vacation apartments
- The penthouse apartment has three separate bedrooms for up to six people.
- The apartment on the lower floor with direct access to the garden has two bedrooms and can be occupied by up to five people.
The apartments have been renovated in 2013/2014/2018 and are newly furnished.
